And, once your shots are on their way:
Track your package: Elixir Shots are perishable. Check your tracking updates and plan to be home when they arrive. Do not let the package sit outside overnight.
When it arrives: Open it the same day. Place the shot packs on your counter for 30 minutes to come up to fridge temperature, then transfer them to your refrigerator. They should feel cold and dense, not slushy.
Before you drink: Shake well every time. The sediment at the bottom is the whole root. That is not a flaw. That is the point.
Recycling is easy: Cut open the ice packs and drain them safely down the sink. Recycle the ice pack sleeves. Collapse the cardboard box flat. Fold the insulated liner. All of it is recyclable curbside. Done.
