Cold pressure, also known as High-Pressure Processing (HPP), is a food safety and preservation method that uses high pressure instead of heat to help keep packaged foods fresh.
During this process, water is pressurized in a sealed chamber and applied evenly through the package to the product inside. Because it does not rely on heat, cold pressure helps maintain the fresh taste, color, and overall quality of cold-pressed juices and functional beverages.
HPP allows us to extend freshness without the use of artificial preservatives. It is one of the reasons our products taste bright and fresh while staying refrigerated. To learn more about this process, visit ColdPressured.org for additional information.
