Returns & Food Safety Policy

Because our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returned merchandise for food safety reasons. Returns are not required in order to request a refund.

Refund Policy & Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our products and offer a limited money-back guarantee on first-time purchases.*

If you are not satisfied with your first order, please contact hello@elixirshots.com

within 45 days of delivery. Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a refund to your original method of payment.

Refunds apply only to the purchase price of the product and do not include original shipping charges unless the product was damaged, defective, or fulfilled incorrectly.

For orders that arrive damaged, delayed beyond reasonable transit time, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Subscription Policy & Cancellations

Subscriptions may be modified or canceled at any time through your account portal prior to the next billing date.

Once a subscription order has been processed and payment has been captured, the order enters fulfillment and cannot be canceled. However, customers may contact us to request assistance, and we will review such requests on a case-by-case basis.

This subscription program is continuous until canceled by the customer. By enrolling, customers authorize recurring charges at the selected frequency. Confirmation and cancellation instructions are provided at checkout and in confirmation emails.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within approximately 5–10 business days, depending on the processing time of your financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

Check your bank or credit card account again.
Contact your credit card provider, as posting times vary.
Contact your bank for additional processing details.

Guarantee Limitations

*The money-back guarantee applies only to a customer’s first purchase and is limited to a maximum of 24 bottles per household. We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the policy.
